Plenty of pregnant women spend a long time planning their maternity wardrobes - for example, evening wear, pregnancy dresses, workwear.
However, they often focus entirely on their daywear options and forget all about nightwear until suddenly they can no longer struggle into their pre-pregnancy pyjamas and are left to spend the remainder of their pregnancy sleeping in uncomfortable oversize t-shirts.

I think that it's time to put sleepwear first. While there's no easy way to get a good night's sleep when you are pregnant, high quality and comfortable clothing will help you relax a bit more while adding style to your maternity lounge wear wardrobe. Most maternity night wear is made with nursing access for wearing after you've had your baby and makes for a very good long-term investment. Here we go:

Size: Just like the rest of your maternity wardrobe, pyjamas and maternity nighties should be bought in your pre-pregnancy size unless you have gained more than the average 25-35 pounds. Also, if you are expecting twins or more, you will need to increase your size (or two!).

Comfort: Many pregnant women have trouble sleeping at some point during their pregnancy. While there in't anything you can do about an energetic baby who likes to dance throughout the night, or the early days when you seem to be always taking trips to the bathroom, you can choose to buy nightclothes with comfort in mind, so it's not your clothing which is giving you sleepless nights!

Jersey cotton is a great fabric for comfort and also for pyjamas which can be worn as loungewear for padding around the house to relax in. Personally I prefer to wear maternity pyjamas because of their double use afterwards and as they are cozier to wear during the night in colder months if you are up and about. Watch out too for tops with built in support for extra ease - some styles use built-in cups and others a fabric "shelf" both work well.

Multi-purpose: Maternity nightwear is intended to be used after birth and is constructed to allow for easy nighttime feeding through the use of clever designing. Look out for clever cross-over style pyjama tops. Another option is to choose button through tops which also give fast access.

Style: Forget the unfashionable nightclothes of yesteryear, modern maternity sleepwear adds style to comfort and is available in some beautiful patterns.

So, to sum up, look for maternity night wear in comfortable fabric designed for use after the birth. Remember if you select pyjamas, they make good casual wear choices too. But don't forget to buy a style you adore!

Step 4. Select your keyboard layout and click "Next" (Next). From the "System Recovery Options", click "Startup Repair" and when the computer finishes checking and correction, restart. The fix has been successful if Windows starts normally, without errors

 

The following steps are only useful for those who need or prefer to recover using the Windows installation CD to repair the system. This will occur as needed when the computer is damaged to the point that you can not even access the menu "Options Windows Recovery."

Step 5. Insert the Windows installation disc. Restart your computer and watch the screen to boot from the CD. When prompted, press any key.

Step 6. After clicking on any key as requested in the previous step, you should get the screen of Windows Setup. Click on "Repair Computer".

Step 7. You will be directed to screen "System Recovery Options." Just select your language and click "next". Follow from Step 3, requesting a correction startup.

Step 8. The computer displays a screen with system errors recovered. After that, simply restart.

This is a rather useful and recommended when you encounter problems when you start Windows, but if these steps do not resolve, you probably need to format the drive and do a clean install of Windows , but worth a try. Always remember to keep up the backup of your most important files.

Looking back on a previous TCIB post urging people to bin their renewal to save money on car insurance it seems consumer lethargy is still a huge problem for UK motor insurance customers.

Research from Tesco Finance has found that just under one in three motorists moved their car insurance to a new provider in the last 12 months.

Even more worrying was the statistic announcing that 10% of drivers had either never switched their car insurance premium or had stayed loyal to the same insurer for over 10 years.

Those who have switched put price as one of the most important factors when choosing a car insurance quote while those who had stayed with the same provider said price was less important compared to the features and level of cover offered by their policy.

These figures create a split market, those who are concerned with saving money and those who feel prepared to pay more for the safety of ‘knowing’ they have the right policy.

Both sides make very good points. After all a motor insurance policy is there to provide protection so obtaining the right cover is hugely important.

You don’t want to fool around when choosing a mechanic for your car. Keep an ear open for
recommendations and warnings when your friends and family have car troubles. If you know

room to see they’ve tried the shop before and how pleased they are with the service they’ve
received in the past.
My number one suggestion is to ask around and see where others have had satisfactory car
repair work done. Even if you’re feeling stressed and in a hurry, ask at least 15 people. That
way, you’re likely to get the same place mentioned more than once. A little time spent on the
basics can save you a load of trouble in the long run. And once you find mechanic you trust,
your car’s future looks a lot brighter.
