I think most pregnant women care more about being comfortable than fashionable. However, you do not have to give up one for the other. Sometimes, it is not necessary to buy clothes made specifically for pregnant people. You could purchase a dress made out of stretchy material that would work just fine.
Additionally, you may be able to add certain pieces to the outfits you already have to make them appropriate. You could get a cardigan to throw over it to cover up the parts that do not fit but still be able to show off the design of the shirt.
